Resistance campaigning stalls
Wednesday: 11:30 to 1:30, Union Court, Australian National University. Call Leigh 0421 283 825
Thursday: 11:30 to 1:30, Union Court, Australian National University. Call Leigh 0421 283 825
Saturday: various locations, including Lyneham, Dickson, Growers' Market, Cooleman Court and Gorman House Market.
If you want to help out on a campaigning stall at any other time, please call James 0403 943 529 or 6247 2424.
It seems the best time for everybody for a branch meeting is this Friday the 13th (spooky!) at 6:30pm in our office, 3/25 Lonsdale St. Braddon. It's up the stairs next to the Cafe Bamboo on Lonsdale St, Braddon. We will put an A-Frame out so you can't miss it!
It is really important to attend this if you have even the vaguest notion that you will be coming to the Resistance national conference this year. We will be electing delegates to the conference from this meeting. It's important to the democratic functioning of Resistance that you have your say.
I've attached the rego form for the conference. It would be great if you could fill it out as soon as possible so we can get a good idea of how many people are attending.
We will also be talking about exciting political things, like the national day of action coming up against the Northern Territory Intervention on the 21st, 12:00 Garema Place.
