Resistance member to contest federal election

Resistance member Jess Moore will contest the seat of Cunningham (Wollongong area) in the federal elections for the Socialist Alliance. Jess is the national co-ordinator of Resistance and a climate change and renewable energy campaigner. She is active in the struggle for marriage equality and helped found the Illawarra Aboriginal Rights Group. Moore was president of the Wollongong Undergraduate Students' Association in 2006.
